Ingredients
Strawberries
Pineapple chunks
Green grapes
Blueberries
Melon cubes
Banana slices
Wooden or reusable skewers
Preparation
Wash and cut fruit into bite-sized pieces (grown-ups can handle sharp knives).
Lay the fruit out in bowls or plates by colour
Show your child how to gently push pieces onto the skewer — one of each colour to make a rainbow!
Talk about the colours, textures, and tastes as they build.
